Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel the contract within one month without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is one month from the date on which you have taken, or a representative of your third party, other than the carrier, or has possession of the goods.To exercise your right, you have to inform us (wanled GmbH, Anton-Kux-Str.2, A151, 41460 Neuss, Germany, Tel: 0049-21 317787105, Email: info@wanssy.com) your cancellation of this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter of sent by mail, fax or email), you can use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from a different method of delivery that you have chosen than the standard shipping offered by us), and the repayment will be finishedwithout delay and latest within fourteen days from the date on which your cancellation of this contract has been received by us.For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged no fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have showed us the evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is in earlier days.

You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract to us or to hand over. The deadline is met, if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days.

You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You just have to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when this loss in value is due to a not necessary handling to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
